The system of booking appointments is completely inefficient for those with a chronic condition - no way of booking ahead.

The GP listened and was quick and efficient in carrying out necessary checks. He was reassuring and suggested appropriate treatment. He also asked me to make an appointment for two weeks time to assess how the treatment was working.
